In order to determine your eligibility to serve with Resonate Global Mission, we ask all applicants over the age of 18 to complete a criminal background check. This is to ensure the safety of our volunteers, missionaries, ministry partners, children and vulnerable people we minister to and work with. If you are unable to complete this online, please contact us and we will send you a hard copy form to fill out and return. The results of your background check are confidential and all personal information is encrypted and secure. You have chosen to apply to serve with Resonate Global Mission. As part of your application with Resonate Global Mission, you will need to fill out the proceeding background questionnaire so that Resonate Global Mission can conduct a background check. As part of that process, you will need to electronically sign a Notice and Authorization form consenting to these checks. This Authorization form will allow SCREENINGONE, Inc., to verify the information you provide and share its results with Resonate Global Mission. The questionnaire takes approximately 15 minutes to complete and we recommend that you double check the information you provide to ensure there is no delay with your application. An associate from SCREENINGONE, Inc. may contact you for additional information during the verification process. Please respond promptly so the background verification can be completed as quickly as possible so as not to delay the screening process.
